Last year's limited-edition "Matcha Jam" has been revamped and is now available again in response to numerous customer requests!
Continuing with the supervision of the chef at the French restaurant "Shunki" in Shizuoka, we have jointly developed a flavorful, rich milk jam using Shizuoka matcha and sencha, in collaboration with "Ocha to, Kurashi to" in Shizuoka.
Please feel free to use it however you like: spread it on bread or baked goods, mix it with ice cream or yogurt, or anything else.
It's perfect as a little treat for yourself or as a gift.
