To celebrate our 5th anniversary, we're introducing 'Matcha Jam'!
Supervised by the chef of the French restaurant "Shunki" in Shizuoka,
A rich and flavorful milk jam made with Uji matcha, developed in collaboration with "Ocha to, Kurashi to" in Shizuoka.
Please feel free to use it however you like: spread it on bread or baked goods, mix it with ice cream or yogurt, or anything else.
It's perfect as a little treat for yourself or as a gift .
