A rich and flavorful milk jam made with Saitama-grown red roasted green tea, developed in collaboration with "Ocha to, Kurashi to" in Shizuoka, and supervised by the chef of the French restaurant "Shunki" in Shizuoka.
This drink features a perfect balance of the cocoa-like sweetness of red roasted green tea and the bitterness of regular roasted green tea.
Please feel free to use it however you like: spread it on bread or baked goods, mix it with ice cream or yogurt, or anything else.
