What is VANILLABEANS?

This is a craft chocolate specialty shop based in Yokohama, and is an internationally certified fair trade business.

Established in 2000, the company operates multiple physical cafes, primarily in the Yokohama Minato Mirai area.

We roast cocoa beans sourced from all over the world in-house, and craft our chocolate using "authentic machinery" and "handmade techniques."

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures and humidity, at a temperature below 25°C.

Chocolate can melt at high temperatures due to its fat content, and then solidify and turn white when it cools.

It is edible, but the flavor will be slightly inferior.
