A rich and flavorful matcha financier made with luxurious matcha from Uji, Kyoto.

This financier was jointly developed by CHABAKKA, a specialty Japanese tea shop, and Regalez Vous, a cafe restaurant in Kamakura where you can enjoy authentic French restaurant desserts.

The dough is moist and made with plenty of browned butter, bringing out the flavor of matcha.

With a satisfying texture, it's baked with sugar-coated walnuts that pair perfectly with matcha.

Régalez-vous is a café-restaurant where you can savor plated desserts from the world of gastronomy. The name "Régalez-vous" is a phrase used by chefs when they are treating someone to a meal, meaning "Please enjoy and savor to your heart's content." The name was chosen with the hope that you will enjoy the desserts that have been made with love. Please enjoy the dreamlike world of desserts that you could only experience in a restaurant, right in your own home.
