Couldn't load pickup availability
This is a rice porridge mix made by a tea shop, using edible tea leaves (tencha) in a luxurious way.
Wasabi Chazuke Mix
It luxuriously uses hand-picked tencha, which is also the raw material for matcha.
A mixed broth that concentrates the umami components of bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms ,
We've added wasabi flakes from Shizuoka Prefecture .
Finally, as an accent for color and texture
Topped with bubu arare (small rice crackers) from Kyoto .
The mellow umami of matcha and Japanese dashi,
The aroma of wasabi is strong, and the refreshing spiciness that spreads throughout the mouth combines with other flavors.
We've created a crisp, refreshing ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it), leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
[How to enjoy Ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it)]
STEP 1
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of instant ochazuke mix over the rice (amount of mix: 2-3g).
