Following the "Red Roasted Green Tea Gelato" we announced last week, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new "Matcha Gelato" flavor! ㊗️
Just like with the red roasted green tea gelato, we're using tea from Ikenoyaen in Saitama Prefecture this time as well.
By blending matcha made from the "Sayama Kaori" variety grown in Saitama Prefecture with powdered sencha tea, we have created an authentic flavor that allows you to appreciate not only the aroma of matcha but also the astringency inherent in tea.
This new flavor was a huge hit at our sample tasting event, and it's a product we're very proud of, having been developed through numerous prototypes. 🍨
Along with the red roasted green tea gelato, please take this opportunity to try our matcha gelato as well. 😌
