[2.] Rice porridge mix made by a tea shop
This instant ochazuke mix, made by a tea shop, luxuriously uses edible tea leaves (tencha).
You can choose from two types: a packaged type or a tea tin type.
[Mixed green tea rice porridge mix]
This dish uses hand-picked tencha, the same ingredient used to make matcha, and is topped with a broth made from concentrated umami components of bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms, and colorful bubu arare rice crackers from Kyoto.
[Nanko plum rice porridge mix]
A sweet and sour ochazuke (rice with tea) made with Kishu Nanko plum flakes from Wakayama Prefecture.
[Wasabi Rice Porridge Mix]
This ochazuke (rice with tea) uses wasabi flakes from Shizuoka Prefecture, resulting in a highly aromatic dish with a spiciness that fills your mouth and is sure to become addictive.
[Brown rice porridge mix]
This ochazuke (rice with tea) uses organic brown rice from Imabari, resulting in a fragrant and mellow flavor.
[Salmon Rice Porridge Mix]
We use 100% Hokkaido-sourced salmon flakes and process them carefully by hand using traditional methods.
It has a richer flavor than bonito flakes, and its unique umami and sweetness spread in your mouth.
[Yuzu Chazuke Mix]
This ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it) uses plenty of organic yuzu powder from Miyazaki Prefecture, resulting in a refreshing citrus aroma and flavor.
[Miso Chazuke Mix]
This ochazuke (rice with tea) uses domestically produced miso flakes, and the umami of bonito and kelp broth, along with the flavor of miso, spreads throughout your mouth.
[3.] Kishu Nanko plums, available in 3 varieties

We sell 100g of Kishu Nanko plums from Miyabun, a pickled plum shop in Wakayama Prefecture, which are used in our Tencha Chazuke (rice with matcha tea), along with a small jar. It's the perfect palm-sized gift or for making your own pickled plums.
~Kishu Fukuno Ume Honpo "Miyabun"~ We are a family-run umeboshi (pickled plum) shop in Wakayama Prefecture. We make umeboshi that are rich in natural minerals by pickling large Nanko plums grown in southern Kishu, the home of plums, together with Kishu Binchotan charcoal and bakuhanseki ( a type of mineral).
[Katsuobushi plum]
These pickled plums have an addictive flavor, with the taste of bonito flakes and shiso leaves.
This is an easy-to-eat pickled plum with a sweet and sour taste, topped with plenty of bonito flakes and chopped shiso leaves.
It's a popular item that pairs well with rice, as a side dish, or as a snack; it's easy to incorporate into various dishes.
[Taste plum]
Sweet and sour pickled plums preserved in honey. These pickled plums offer the natural flavor and tartness of plums. They are subtly sweet, but not cloyingly so, with a refreshing taste. The sweetness is kept to a minimum, allowing the plum's flavor and tartness to shine through, making them a perfect accompaniment to rice. They are also easy for children to eat.
[Beer plums]
These pickled plums, marinated in brewer's yeast, have a subtle sweetness. Packed with the rich flavor and umami of brewer's yeast, these plums offer a unique and easy-to-eat sweet and sour taste. Both varieties are marinated with Kishu Binchotan charcoal and bakuhanseki (a type of mineral), resulting in a full-bodied and mellow flavor rich in natural minerals. We highly recommend trying them with instant ochazuke mix.
[4.] Mid-year gift set: 4-piece set
This premium gift set contains four exclusive varieties available only in this gift set.
[Red roasted green tea "Fukumidori"]
This cocoa-flavored tea combines the subtle sweetness of black tea with the fragrant aroma of roasted green tea. The rich aroma and sweetness reminiscent of chocolate and cocoa are irresistible! Since it's made from roasted black tea, it's also appealing because it contains almost no caffeine.

[Pan-fired tea "Fujikaori"]
This tea boasts a rich aroma and a mellow, flavorful vanilla taste. When I first tried it, I was surprised that such a green tea existed. The unique, savory aroma from being roasted in a pan and the rich, full-bodied flavor will change your perception of green tea! It's a rare tea made using a method that accounts for only 2-3% of green tea production in Japan, so I really want everyone to try it at least once.

[Japanese black tea "Benifuki"]
This tea boasts a rich, sweet aroma and a fruity, deeply flavorful, mellow taste. Unlike typical imported teas, it has a strong sweetness and aroma with almost no bitterness, making it easy to drink even for those who don't usually like tea or for children. We also recommend enjoying the changing flavors by brewing it two or three times!
[Matcha "Yabukita"]
Characterized by its deep green color, this rich-tasting green tea offers a perfect balance of sweetness and subtle bitterness. We use high-quality matcha—the kind typically used for matcha lattes—at CHABAKKA TEA PARKS, and we're offering it luxuriously in our matcha lattes and green teas. It boasts excellent taste, aroma, and color, with a strong sweetness and rich, easy-to-drink flavor. It would also be great as an ingredient in sweets like cookies and cakes!
