The latest addition to the hugely popular ochazuke (rice with tea).
This year, we will once again be offering a limited-edition menu developed in collaboration with students from Le Cordon Bleu High School!!
This year marks the third limited-edition chazuke dish, aptly named "Wasabi Beef Soboro Chazuke."
This luxurious ochazuke (rice with tea) uses domestically produced ground beef steamed in a pot with soy sauce, and is subtly flavored with wasabi flakes for a delicious balance of umami and spiciness.
Please enjoy it with roasted green tea from Uji, Kyoto. 🍵
