Q. What is the shelf life of tea?

A. To enjoy the tea's original flavor, we recommend consuming it within 2-3 months after opening.

Q. Can I return, exchange, or cancel an order?

A. As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of ordered food products. However, if there is a defect/damage to the product, or if the delivered product is different from what you ordered, we will respond immediately. Please contact us at the following address.

Q. Can you provide gift wrapping or a gift tag?

A. If you purchase a gift item or gift box together, we will provide gift wrapping and a gift tag upon request. Please specify this in the "Memo" field when making your purchase.

Q. Does tea contain calories?

A. The calorie content of 150 ml of tea infusion (equivalent to one cup) is negligible. You can consider it to be almost zero.

Q. How should I store tea?

A. Store vacuum-packed tea in a plastic bag or similar container in the freezer or refrigerator.
After opening, transfer the contents to a tea caddy.
Please store the tea caddy in a cool place where the temperature will not rise.

Q. Can I place an order using a company name?

A. Yes, you can place an order.
We also accept wholesale orders from corporations and sole proprietors, so please feel free to contact us.

Q. Can I change the delivery address or delivery date/time?

A. It may be possible if the shipping arrangements have not yet been made. Please contact us by phone.

Q. Is delivery to a parcel locker possible?

A. Yes, it is possible if you pay by any method other than cash on delivery.

Q. Can you ship internationally?

A. We also ship internationally. Delivery will be via International Express Mail Service (EMS).
