This is a rice porridge mix made by a tea shop, using edible tea leaves (tencha) in a luxurious way.

Salmon Rice Porridge Mix

It luxuriously uses hand-picked tencha, which is also the raw material for matcha.
A mixed broth that concentrates the umami components of bonito, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms,
Made with 100% salmon flakes from Hokkaido .

Made with salmon from Hokkaido,
Salmon flakes processed slowly using traditional methods
It has a richer flavor than bonito flakes.
Its distinctive features include a unique umami flavor and a gentle sweetness that spreads throughout the mouth .

Finally, we topped it with bubu arare (small rice crackers) from Kyoto to add color and texture.

The gentle umami of the matcha and the richness of the broth,
The powerful umami and richness of the salmon flakes combine,
While providing a sense of satisfaction as a meal,
The result is a ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it) with a clean aftertaste and a rich, deep flavor.

STEP 1
