~What is "Régalez-vous"?~

Régalez-vous is a café-restaurant where you can savor plated desserts from the world of gastronomy. The name "Régalez-vous" is a phrase used by chefs when they are treating someone to a meal, meaning "Please enjoy and savor to your heart's content." The name was chosen with the hope that you will enjoy the desserts that have been made with love. Please enjoy the dreamlike world of desserts that you could only experience in a restaurant, right in your own home.

How to warm canelés in a toaster oven

If frozen, here's how to reheat it to make the outside crispy and the inside moist:

① Thaw naturally in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Alternatively, heat in a 500W microwave for 30-40 seconds.
② Heat in a toaster oven for 3-5 minutes. (A temperature of around 220-230°C is recommended.)
③ After heating, let it cool to room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

If you are warming canelés that have been stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator, only steps ② and ③ are necessary.
Please adjust the heating time according to your microwave or toaster oven.
