This drink features a perfect match between the cocoa-like sweetness of red roasted green tea and the bitterness of regular roasted green tea.

Beni Houjicha is a type of hojicha (roasted green tea) made by roasting Japanese black tea leaves.
Compared to regular hojicha, it is characterized by a sweet and deep aroma reminiscent of cocoa.
