color

[Characterized by its deep green color, it offers a rich flavor with a perfect balance of sweetness and a hint of bitterness.]

It is produced using a unique regional production method that rivals that of "Kabuseshita Tea".

By blocking sunlight, it develops a vibrant green color and is also characterized by a unique fragrance known as "covered fragrance."

At CHABAKKA TEA PARKS, we luxuriously offer high-quality matcha, the kind normally used for matcha tea, in our matcha lattes and green teas.

With its great taste, aroma, and color, this matcha is highly desirable, rich, and easy to drink.

I think it would be great to use it as an ingredient in sweets like cookies and cakes!

Koshō Tea Plantation , located in Uji, Kyoto, is a tea farm that cultivates Uji tea leaves that have been passed down through generations.

Tea cultivation in this region began when the first Matazaemon started farming in the Yamashiro region of Kyoto.
The sunny, fertile soil and the moderate humidity provided by the clear stream make this an ideal location for cultivating fragrant and flavorful tea leaves.

After that, Matasaburo dedicated himself to becoming a full-fledged tea farmer and expanded his tea plantation.
Even today, he carries on the name of Matazaemon and meticulously protects and cultivates the tea plantation that has been passed down through generations.

Having received "Eco-Farmer" certification from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, we have introduced environmentally conscious and sustainable agricultural production methods.
We strive to ensure safety and quality through our own unique farming standards.

In the beautiful Yamashiro region of Kyoto, blessed with clean water and air, we have established a tea plantation that has been in our family for five generations.
Koshō Tea Plantation will continue to cherish and carry on the tradition of Uji tea.
