The roasted aroma,
A bitter-mild flavor with layers of sweet floral aroma.
This is a special roasted green tea made from native tea trees that are nearly 100 years old.
From the cut end of the stem of a tea leaf that has already been harvested,
A gentle, floral fragrance may rise from it.
We select only the stems of the tea leaves harvested at that precious moment.
We carefully roasted and finished these beans.
With its light, wilted aroma that is characteristic of traditional teas,
The sweet and savory roasted aroma from the roasting process combines with the flavors of the beans.
This is a cup of ramen with depth, born from a combination of chance and skill.
*Please choose between tea bags or loose leaf tea.

Miyazaki Sabo is located in Gokase Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, a long-established production area for pan-fired tea, with tea plantations spread across an altitude of 600m to 700m.
We are number one in Japan in both quality and production volume.
In Gokase town, Miyazaki Sabo cultivates many varieties of tea using organic farming methods without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, pursuing the perfect aroma for tea and producing various types of tea (pan-fired tea, black tea, oolong tea, and bancha).
Our farm began making tea in the early Showa period, and in 2007, we changed our name from Miyazaki Seicha to Miyazaki Sabo.
The practice of producing tea without using any pesticides began in 1983, during the time of Miyazaki Seicha.
We have been cultivating tea for many years using only organic fertilizers and no pesticides whatsoever, and in 2001 we obtained organic JAS certification.
Thanks to the recognition we received for our tea production, we were awarded the Emperor's Cup at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival in 2002.
Subsequently, in 2003, it received the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award at the All Japan Tea Competition.
In 2006, we received the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award at the Kyushu Tea Competition.
Going forward, our goal is to create tea that makes you feel energized after drinking it, and we will continue to produce safe and reliable tea.
