[Kishu Nanko Plum with Bonito Flavor]
We ordered these from Miyabun, a pickled plum shop in Minabe Town, Wakayama Prefecture.
This is a pickled plum product made with Kishu Nanko plums.
A pickled plum with a mild sourness and 8% salt content,
Sprinkle generously with bonito flakes and chopped shiso leaves,
It has a rich and mellow flavor.

[How to enjoy Ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it)]
STEP 1
Sprinkle 2-3g of instant ochazuke mix over the rice.
STEP 2
Please prepare hot water or Japanese tea.
(Recommended: Sencha "Sofu", Hojicha "Yabukita")
• Amount of water: 100-150cc
• Water temperature: Sencha 75℃ / Hojicha 90-100℃
*Because it contains tencha (powdered green tea), you can enjoy the full flavor of the tea even when using hot water.
STEP 3
Pour in hot water or Japanese tea, stir gently, and it's ready.
