A rich and flavorful milk jam developed in collaboration with "Ocha to, Kurashi to," a Shizuoka-based company, under the supervision of the chef at the French restaurant "Shunki" in Shizuoka.
Made without any artificial flavors or colors, using only high-quality matcha from Shizuoka, powdered green tea, milk, fresh cream, and sugar.
This milk jam is carefully made by simmering it slowly and making sure it doesn't burn.
Not only is the richness and sweetness of the milk delicious, but the slight bitterness and refreshing taste of the tea make it enjoyable right down to the aftertaste.
You can use it as a dip for bread, crackers, or fruit, or even mix it with ice cream or dissolve it in milk to make a latte.
It's perfect as a little treat for yourself or as a gift.
